DBK is owned by the people of Kiribati. Our commitment to national needs and aspirations as such, is our utmost priority. We can only achieve this if we rise from the present and place ourselves at the forefront of development. To capture this, our vision is to:

OUR MISSION
We believe our ability to become a leading banking institution depends on our willingness to transform ourselves and embrace change. Only then can we meaningfully address and mitigate the socio-economic issues we face as an institution and assist the needs and aspirations of our people. Our mission as such will be to:
